Description: CNA’s are responsible for providing proper activities of daily living for residents and ensuring an efficient workflow.  The CNA monitors the condition of the resident, observes any changes in the resident regarding physical condition or behavior and reports to the appropriate staff members.  The CNA ensures quality resident health care directed by the charge nurse and the resident care plan.

Ward Clerk

Description: CNA license required.  Performs various reception/secretarial services needed within the nursing service department.  Makes appointments for residents, schedules and prepares charts for provider rounds.  The ward clerk helps ensure an efficient workflow in the nursing department.

Hours: Various shifts, alternating weekends, and rotating holidays.
Description: The dietary aide assists with the service and delivery of food trays to designated areas, cleaning of the kitchen per established protocols, and proper washing and cleaning of food utensils and dishes.  Prepares and delivers snacks as directed.

Type: Full Time; 30-40 hours per week
Hours: Alternating weekends, rotating holidays.
Description: Ensures the provision of a clean environment for our residents and staff, providing high quality services and high standards of cleanliness, ensuring compliance with infection control procedures.

Description:  Performs a variety of duties on building and grounds; assists other maintenance staff and janitorial work as directed.  Follows infection control standards set forth by the CDC and infection control policies.  Respects the right and privacy of all persons.  Must be able to operate a snow blower and snow shovel, demonstrate sound judgement and control in emergency situations, responsible for security; including locking doors at the end of shifts.

Will work collaboratively with the business office personnel to assure timely and efficient billing and accounts payable procedures.

Phlebotomist

Hours: 7:00 am to 3:30 pm; Monday through Friday
Description: Collects blood from patients and residents following established standards and practices; checks quality of blood specimen, and assumes responsibility for safety and comfort of patient.  Assist with radiology positioning and perform EKG’s.

Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent education, previous experience in health-related field preferred, willing to train the right candidate.

Description:  The clinic staff nurse is responsible for assisting, evaluating, planning, implementing, providing, and documenting the care of the clinic patients in accordance with established nursing standards, policies, and procedures. 

Requirements:   Must be able to deliver care, manage assigned personnel, and work in collaboration with patients and families, peers, various disciplines, and medical staff.  Graduate of approved school of nursing and a current valid license in the state of North Dakota. Certification/recertification-CPR- as per facility policy.
