Description: CNA’s are responsible for providing proper activities of daily living for residents and ensuring an efficient workflow.  The CNA monitors the condition of the resident, observes any changes in the resident regarding physical condition or behavior and reports to the appropriate staff members.  The CNA ensures quality resident health care directed by the charge nurse and the resident care plan.

Radiologic Technologist

Type:  Full-time, Day shift, 32-40 hours/week

Hours:  Monday-Friday, day shift

On-call weekday/weekend rotating

Description:  Produces diagnostic imaging as ordered by the Healthcare Provider for patient diagnosis, evaluation, or monitoring.

Requirements:  Graduate of an accredited school of Radiography and registered as a Radiologic Technologist with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists

Medical Technologist

  • Performs laboratory testing to aid the Healthcare Provider in detection, diagnosis and treatment of disease.
  • Uses judgement, interpretation and evaluation to make decisions and assure accurate results. 
  • Maintains licensure as a North Dakota Laboratory Professional, acquires 24 hours of continuing education biennially, passes Annual Competency Evaluation for CLIA-88
  • Rotate weekends, holidays and call as scheduled, assumes the duties of Radiologist Technologist as a Limited Operator.

Job description: 

The Receptionist will greet patients, active patient files, and move patients through the check in process. Schedule
appointments for providers and assist with needs of medical staff.

Duties/Responsibilities:
 Welcomes patients and visitors to the medical office by greeting patients and visitors in person and on the
telephone and answering inquiries or referring questions to other staff members.
 Schedules appointments for the providers to optimize patient satisfaction, provider time and most effective use of
examining and treatment rooms. Prepares a daily schedule of examinations for each provider.
 At check in will review patients EMR record.
 Endeavors to keep patients on schedule by reminding provider of service delays.
 Assists ill or distraught patients as necessary.
 Maintains reception area in a neat and orderly condition.
Required Skills/Abilities:
 Personality and demeanor to deal with the public and assist ill, older, or distraught patients.
 Basic office skills such as typing and filding.
 Good organizational skills.
Education and Experience:
 Graduate of a certified medical office training course preferred.
 High school graduate or equivalent required.

Accounts Receivable Specialist

Job description: Accounts Receivable Specialist
Openings: 1
Type: Full Time; 40 hours/week
Hours: 8:00 am to 4:30 pm; Monday through Friday
The Accounts Receivable Specialist provides information pertaining to billing, coding, managed care networks, insurance carriers and reimbursement. Inputting all payments into EPIC for payment postings.
Will work closely with the CFO, business office manager, and business office team to aid in the daily revenue cycle for the medical center.
Duties/Responsibilities:
• Welcomes patients and visitors to the medical office by greeting patients and visitors.
• Research, rectify third party denials/edits, requests for information and other related correspondence.
• Identify and analyze open claims.
• Identify and correct billing errors.
• Re-submit claims to insurance carriers.
• The Accounts Receivable Specialist should have knowledge of government, commercial, HMO, PPO and other types of insurance billing guidelines, but are willing to train the right candidate.
• Monitor all past due accounts and the collection process.
• Handle all aspects of facility accounts receivable.
• Process timely postings with all medical remits.
• Research all discrepancies and insurance company memos
• Good organizational skills.
Education and Experience:
• Graduate of a certified medical office training course preferred.
• High school graduate or equivalent required.
Physical Requirements:
• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
