Description: CNA’s are responsible for providing proper activities of daily living for residents and ensuring an efficient workflow.  The CNA monitors the condition of the resident, observes any changes in the resident regarding physical condition or behavior and reports to the appropriate staff members.  The CNA ensures quality resident health care directed by the charge nurse and the resident care plan.

Ward Clerk

Description: CNA license required.  Performs various reception/secretarial services needed within the nursing service department.  Makes appointments for residents, schedules and prepares charts for provider rounds.  The ward clerk helps ensure an efficient workflow in the nursing department.

Nutrition Assistant

Hours: Various shifts, alternating weekends, and rotating holidays.
Description: The dietary aide assists with the service and delivery of food trays to designated areas, cleaning of the kitchen per established protocols, and proper washing and cleaning of food utensils and dishes.  Prepares and delivers snacks as directed.

Medical Center Openings

Description: RN’s are responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating, supervising, and documenting the care of patients.  Directly delivering and supervising nursing care in accordance with established nursing standards, policies and procedures; serves as a resource for all nursing care areas and acts as a delegated representative of nursing administration in their absence, manages or supervises assigned personnel, and promotes collaboration among all disciplines.

IT and Electronic Health Record (E.H.R.) Coordinator

CMC is currently searching for an IT & Electronic Health Record (E.H.R.) Coordinator.

This position coordinates with the IT managed services vendor for all things IT in the medical center. This
position works closely with the vendor to maintain the IT infrastructure for both CMC and GCCC.

This position will also work closely with Altru Health Systems to coordinate all things Epic in the medical
center. Must work closely with providers, nurses, business office, lab, and all other departments utilizing
Epic to assist with any problems and/or needs, as well as train all new personnel in the use of Epic. Will also
oversee other EHRs for the Care Center as well as legacy systems.

Entry level IT experience and previous experience with Epic or other electronic health record experience
