Meet Our Providers

Debra Middleton


Debra Middleton, ENP-C, FNP-BC joined us in 2014. Deb’s knowledge and care of patients has become the heartbeat of our clinic. Her attention to detail and willingness to take on complex patients allows her to form a special bond with her patients. Deb is currently seeing patients 3-4 days a week.

Larissa Haug


Larissa Haug, PA-C became a part of our team in 2018. She is a graduate of UND for both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees. With a deep interest in rural health care, and a desire to provide the best care possible.  We feel she is a great asset to our patients and our community. She is currently accepting new patients.

Steven Barlow


Steven Barlow, FNP-C has been a part of Cooperstown Medical Center since 2015. He is a graduate of Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah. He recently started seeing patients in our Lakota satellite clinic as well as in Cooperstown.  Steven is available to assist with a variety of ailments from acute coughs and colds, to chronic health conditions.  Steven also provides care for our nursing home residents and has been an important part of the Care Center in the last few years.

Jonathon Berg


Chief of Staff
​Dr. Berg is our chief of staff for both Cooperstown Medical Center and the Griggs County Care Center. He oversees our medical staff while providing care for the residents of the nursing home. Always willing to face situations head on Dr. Berg continues to be an integral part of life here at Cooperstown Medical Center.

Rebecca Kuss


Rebecca ‘Becky’ Kuss, APRN, CNP, PMHNP, has proudly worked in the mental health field for over 11 years. Becky previously worked as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner at Sanford Health at the Jamestown, ND location. She now continues to provide medication therapy through her private practice at Inspired Healthcare located in Jamestown.

Becky believes in hope and providing patient-focused care. She stresses the importance of being proactive in one’s mental and physical health needs.

Everyone deserves a compassionate and supportive Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner on their side.

Becky first obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2010. In 2017, she received her Masters as Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. Becky is Board Certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC).



Roxanne Johnson 


Roxanne grew up in Wimbledon ND. She received her Bachelor’s of Science in nursing from Jamestown College.

After working at High-Acres Manor for three years, she went to the North Dakota State hospital where she worked as a RN and later worked as a Nurse Practitioner.

She earned her Nurse Practitioner degree from the University of Mary in 2002. She also has been employed by Essentia Health ( Valley City), Medallus Urgent Care, and Cerebral Mental Health.
