ABOUT US
At Griggs County Care Center (GCCC) we seek to maximize the quality of life for our long-term care population. We are a smaller 40 bed facility. We strive to care for each resident through “person centered care.” Our interdisciplinary departments and compassionate team of caregivers work together with the resident and their families to make care plans that are as unique as the individual themselves.

Qualified Care Givers
Onsite Medical Director coordinates and improves medical services while the Director of Nursing oversees all aspects of healthcare within the facility.
Person-Centered Care
There is always a helping hand at the Care Center. Individualized resident care plans. The individual and their needs are what we focus on, what the individual can do, not what they can’t.
Family Oriented
The Griggs County Care Center is family oriented. With visiting encouraged, special events, and private rooms available for family gatherings.
Restorative Nursing Program
At Griggs County Care Center we seek to maximize the quality of life for our long-term care population, who require a specialized restorative program. The therapy team and nursing staff develop individualized treatment plans for resident care in the areas of:

Special Events
The Care Center is no stranger to special events, whether a visiting polka band, string ensemble or even singers such as Greg Hager! The activities department is continually striving to put on special events that appeal to the many different residents tastes and preferences.
Activities
A positive and uplifting atmosphere sets the tone for a resident’s stay. We employ outgoing and friendly professional staff to create social programs and activities, often specializing the activities to match the capabilities and needs of each resident.
Each resident is given a calendar to keep them informed of upcoming events. Friends and family are encouraged to visit and attend our special events.
